It is the responsibility of the patient to know if your physician participates with your insurance carrier. We are in network with the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- MHP (Mississippi Health Partners)
- Mississippi Physicians Care Network
- Medicare Advantage Programs
- State of Mississippi
- Cigna
- Aetna
- Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield
- At this time, we are not in-network with Cigna HMA or HMO.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. A fee of $25 will be assessed for late cancellations and no-shows. This fee may be waived at our discretion if there are unusual circumstances that prevented you from cancelling your appointment in a timely fashion. If a fee is assessed, it must be paid prior to your next appointment. More than three late cancellations or no shows within 12 months may jeopardize your ability to schedule and receive future services from our office..
